Sistas, just because you’re taken won’t stop other guys from asking you out. I know a guy who would always say that even if the lady he’s interested in is getting married soon, he won’t stop pursuing her until she eventually gets married. Lol.
You may also find yourself getting attracted to other guys and having feelings for them. It is normal but do not act on those feelings. Don’t get distracted, stay on the real treasure. Remind yourself that you got one of God’s finest sons by your side already.
Slay those lies the devil is trying to sell to you. One of His agendas is to lure you in and out of relationships with lack of contentment and at the end of day, you’ll be back to square one; single and waiting. This is what covetousness has done to many sisters.
Not all that glitters is gold! Those who have dated the person who appears better than your partner have stories to tell! Be content. The grass isn’t always greener on the other side. The shiny object you’re chasing might just be a turd covered in glitter.
